In practice, that means a membership program. Your products are featured in our Kitsilano store in Vancouver, and promoted to our online community of more than 11,000 pet parents. You pay a flat monthly membership, and we take care of the rest: thoughtfully curating your assortment, strategically merchandising your products, and telling your story to the people most likely to love it.
